If a tablet mounted on the wall is constantly charging, the battery life may be significantly reduced.
To prevent this, use the TapHome digital relay output to control the power of the original charging adapter.
This will ensure that the battery level stays between 50–70%.

- Set URL commands for controlling the relay that powers the charging adapter.
Automation using Apple Shortcuts
- Create an automation in Apple Shortcuts.
- Configure it so that it calls the TapHome API URL:
- When the iPad battery drops below 50%, start charging.
- When the iPad battery rises above 70%, stop charging.
