Returns and Complaints

Return of Goods

If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can return it within 3 months of receipt without giving any reason.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused and undamaged
  • In original packaging with all accessories
  • With proof of purchase (invoice or order number)

Return Process

  1. Fill out the form on our returns and claims portal
  2. Pack the product in the original packaging (if possible)
  3. Send the shipment to the address provided in the confirmation

Return goods

Refund

  • Within 14 days of receiving the returned product
  • Using the same payment method as the original purchase
  • The buyer pays the cost of return shipping

Warranty Claims

If the product is damaged or defective, you can file a warranty claim through our claims system.

Warranty Period

  • 24 months for consumers
  • 12 months for business customers (B2B)
  • 6 years for certified TapHome installation partners

What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing and material defects
  • Functional failures during normal use

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Mechanical damage and normal wear and tear
  • Damage from improper installation or misuse

Claim Process

  1. Report the claim via our returns and claims portal
  2. Describe the defect as precisely as possible and attach photos
  3. Send the product for inspection

Warranty claim

Resolution Times

  • 30 days from receipt of the claim
  • We will inform you of the outcome by email
