Returns and Complaints
Return of Goods
If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can return it within 3 months of receipt without giving any reason.
Return Conditions
- The product must be unused and undamaged
- In original packaging with all accessories
- With proof of purchase (invoice or order number)
Return Process
- Fill out the form on our returns and claims portal
- Pack the product in the original packaging (if possible)
- Send the shipment to the address provided in the confirmation
Refund
- Within 14 days of receiving the returned product
- Using the same payment method as the original purchase
- The buyer pays the cost of return shipping
Warranty Claims
If the product is damaged or defective, you can file a warranty claim through our claims system.
Warranty Period
- 24 months for consumers
- 12 months for business customers (B2B)
- 6 years for certified TapHome installation partners
What the Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing and material defects
- Functional failures during normal use
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Mechanical damage and normal wear and tear
- Damage from improper installation or misuse
Claim Process
- Report the claim via our returns and claims portal
- Describe the defect as precisely as possible and attach photos
- Send the product for inspection
Resolution Times
- 30 days from receipt of the claim
- We will inform you of the outcome by email
